Why I am running

Most of you know me by now. But as a recap, I served on the Board as your President from 2020 - 2022 and continued on the Board until 2024. There were lots of valuable changes to Somersett during that period and good reasons today to preserve and protect that progress.

The short version of “why” is that it that prudent fiscal management preserves and strengthens our finances and keeps assessments down for residents. Better management results in more focused benefits and better services.

There continues to be bright opportunities ahead and well considered choices will result in further success. Let’s protect what we have earned, while prudently leading the way toward an exciting future for Somersett, easily one of the best run communities in Nevada.
